Christopher Fluke Associate Professor
Associate Professor Christopher Fluke is an astronomer and astronomy communicator working at the Centre for Astrophysics & Supercomputing, Swinburne University of Technology. His main research interests are in gravitational lensing and astronomy visualization. Chris speaks regularly to school groups and the public about astronomy, and coordinates Swinburne’s 3D AstroTour school program. He helped establish Swinburne’s animation production group, working on short movies about astronomy that have been shown in 3D theatres at universities and museums nationally and internationally. In recent years, he has collaborated with a number of artists, including his dual role as astronomy consultant and the voice of the Big Bang in “Void Love”.
